CHARGE TRANSPORT MATERIALS
Products protected by valid patents are not offered for sale in countries where the sale of such products constitutes a patent infringement and its liability is at buyer's risk.
Charge transport materials are substances that enable the transport of charges (electrons or holes) through the material. These materials are often used in electronic components such as transistors and in the manufacture of semiconductor components. Examples of charge transport materials are organic semiconductors, such as certain polymers or small molecules, which have a high charge carrier mobility and thus enable efficient electronic conductivity.
